Campground Rates & Policies

Shawano, Wisconsin

 

  • Check-in time 3:00 pm
  • Check-out time for sites is 1:00 pm, and 11:00 am for cabins.
  • $5.00 per hour will be charged for early arrivals and late departures for site/rental.
  • ALL RATES ARE BASED ON 2 ADULTS AND UP TO 4 CHILDREN, 17YRS AND YOUNGER, PER NIGHT
  • Must be 21 or older to book a reservation.
  • NO PETS IN CABINS/RENTALS.
  • $100 rental deposit will be added to all Camper/Cabin reservations. This will be refunded within 5 days after check-out if no damage or pet violations in rentals.

Reservations

  • 2 night minimum on non-holiday weekends.
  • 3 night minimum on holiday weekends.
  • Full payment is required at time of reservation.
  • Additional tent on site is a $35 charge.
  • You can now edit your guest information online at CampSpot.
  • $100 rental deposit will be added to all Camper/Cabin reservations. This will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, if there is no damage or pet violations in rentals.


Cancellations

  • You can call to cancel at (715) 787-4555 ext. 1, OR cancel your reservation online at CampSpot.
  • No refunds, no credit to account for holiday reservation cancellations. Memorial/4th of July/Labor Day (per site/rental). NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more PRIOR to check-in date will receive a refund less a $30 Handling fee (PER SITE/CABIN). Excluding holiday reservations.
  • Cancellations made 6-13 days prior to check-in are non-refundable; however, your account will receive a credit less the $30 handling fee. No Cash Refunds (PER SITE/CABIN). Excluding holiday reservations.
  • Cancellations made 5 days or less prior to check-in date are non-refundable. No credit to account. NO EXCEPTIONS (PER SITE/CABIN).
  • Golf cart cancellations made 4 days or more PRIOR to check-in date will receive a refund less a $10 Handling fee (PER CART).
  • Golf cart cancellations made 3 days or less prior to check-in date are non-refundable. No credit to account (PER CART).
  • NSF Check Charge: $25.00
  • All info is sent in the confirmation email you receive after making a reservation.
  • No-Show reservations will be automatically canceled at 8am the day after expected arrival. No refund for No-Show reservations (PER SITE/CABIN).


Visitors

  • Day Visitors (5yrs +) $10.00 +tax
  • Overnight Kids $8.00 +tax
  • Overnight Adult (18yrs+) $10.00

ALL VISITORS must register at the store before going to the site. Visiting hours are 10am to 10pm. Please get your car pass in the store when you arrive.

NO visitors admitted after 9pm, overnight charge will be charged. Please advise your visitors prior to arrival, they will be charged a fee for the use of the facilities.

UNDER 21 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT. NO underage drinking allowed.


Seasonal Rates

Pine Grove Specials

Must call to book in order for discounts to be applied. Promo codes, however, can be applied when booking online.

  • Stay 7 nights, pay for 6
  • Hero Weekend: May 17th-19th (50% off for all military, police officers, and firefighters. All cabins, except premium cabins, are included.)
  • Bring a Buddy Weekend: May 31st-June 2nd (Pay for one site, get a second site free. Cabins not included.)

Guidelines

For the comfort and convenience of all guests:

  • Quiet time observed 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
  • Obey the speed limit. Speed limit signs are posted throughout the campground.
  • NO bike riding after dark.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult.
  • No lifeguard on duty. Pool hours are 9am-9pm. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool, lake, and pond.
  • NO mini bikes, motorized scooters, three or four wheelers
  • You can bring in your own Golf Cart as long as you have proof of insurance & it is electric. There will be a $40 fee. NO Gas Golf Carts.
  • Dog Control: All dogs MUST be on a leash or an electric collar. We require overnighters to leash their dogs and if we want them to abide by this, we need your help in setting an example, by leashing your dog. Please remember, if your dog is left unattended, it MUST be in your camper. When they are left outside, they miss you, and tend to bark nonstop, disturbing everyone in the area.
  • MUST BE 18+ to drive golf carts.
  • No fireworks on property.
  • Please be considerate of others during your stay.

  • Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Pine Grove Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person, property, or thing howsoever caused.
  • The management reserves the right to evict any day user, visitor, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.

 

Golf Cart Rentals

Must be 21+ to rent a cart. Must be 18+ to operate a cart on the property.

  • Golf Cart $40.00 a day Sunday-Wednesday minus Holidays.
  • Golf Cart $60.00 a day Thursday-Saturday minus Holidays.
  • Limo Cart $60.00 a day Sunday-Wednesday minus Holidays.
  • Limo Cart $90.00 a day Thursday-Saturday minus Holidays.

Personal Golf Carts must have proof of insurance and purchase a $40 cart pass at check-in. NO GAS CARTS ALLOWED.

Firewood/LP (Purchase at the store)

Bundle $10.00

Kindling $15.00

Golf Cart Load delivered to your site $30.00

Please don’t move firewood. Buy it where you use it. Many counties and campgrounds restrict firewood to protect their properties. Call your destination for details or better yet, leave the firewood at home. Buy it where you’ll use it instead. Hardwood firewood that was harvested, purchased or stored in a quarantine county may not leave the area unless certified by WI DATCP (certification for manufacturers only). To legally transport firewood THROUGH quarantine areas, do not stop in the area unless you need to refuel your vehicle.
